Clyde man is injured in two-vehicle accident

CLYDE — A Clyde man was injured in a two-vehicle accident that occurred four miles south of Clyde on Friday afternoon.
According to a report from the Kansas Highway Patrol, a 2005 Dodge Ram pickup driven by Charles Nondorf, Concordia, was southbound on 280th doing road repair at about 1 p.m.
A 1997 Nissan pickup driven by Matthew Barnes, Clyde was also southbound when it struck the rear of Nondorf's vehicle.
Barnes' vehicle rolled and came to rest on the driver's side.
The vehicle driven by Nondorf came to rest on its wheels in the west ditch.
Barnes, who was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, was transported to Cloud County Health Center for treatment of injuries.
Nondorf, who was not wearing a seat belt, was not injured.
