Blake C. Zerbe appeared Feb. 3 and was found guilty and convicted of Unlawful Consumption of a Cereal Malt Beverage by a Minor. He was sentenced to the custody of the Cloud County Jail for 30 days, ordered to pay a fine of $200, a community service work insurance fee of $7 and costs of the action, $86 by March 31. He was ordered to perform 20 hours of pre-approved community service work and submit proof of the same to the Court. Defendant may perform additional pre-approved community service work to offset the costs of the action. His sentence was suspended with defendant being placed on unsupervised probation for a period of six months with specific terms and conditions.
The Court directed the Division of Motor Vehicles to suspend defendant’s driving privileges pursuant to statute.
Cord M. Gwennap appeared Feb. 3 and was found guilty and convicted of Consumption of a Cereal Malt Beverage by a Minor. He was sentenced to the custody of the Cloud County Jail for a period of 30 days, ordered to pay a fine of $200, a community service work insurance fee of $7 and costs of the action, $86 by March 31. The Court also found that the Defendant shall perform 20 hours of pre-approved community service work and submit proof of the same to the Court. The Court further finds that Defendant’s sentence shall be suspended with the Defendant being placed on unsupervised probation for a period of six months with specific terms and conditions. Brandon Patterson appeared Feb. 4 and was found guilty of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of an Intoxicant, First Offense and convicted. He was sentenced to six months in the Cloud County Jail, ordered to pay costs of the action, $86, attorney fees of $150 and a fine of $500. His sentence was suspended with Defendant being placed on unsupervised probation for a period of six months with specific terms and conditions.
Christopher B. Billinger appeared Feb. 3 and was found guilty of Ulawful Possession or Consumption of a Cereal Malt Beverage by a Minor and convicted. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail, ordered to pay costs of the action, $86 and a fine of $200 by March 10. His sentence was suspended with defendant being placed on unsupervised probation for six months with specific terms and conditions. The Court directed the Division of Motor Vehicles to suspend defendant’s driving privileges pursuant to statute.
Robert J. Tilley appeared Feb. 3 and was found guilty of Unlawful Consumption of a Cereal Malt Beverage by a Minor and convicted. He was sentenced to pay a fine of $200 and costs of the action, $86. The Court remits the costs to traffic costs and found that Defendant’s bond shall be applied to the costs of the action upon the approval of Defendant’s mother. The Court directed the Division of Motor Vehicles to suspend Defendant’s driving privileges pursuant to statute.
Dalton Lee Sullivan appeared Feb. 3  and was found guilty of Unlawful Consumption of a Cereal Malt Beverage by a Minor and convicted. He was sentenced to the custody of the Cloud County Jail for 30 days, ordered to pay a fine of $200, a community work insurance fee of $7 and costs of the action, $86 by March 31. The Court ordered that Defendant perform 20 hours of pre-approved community service work and submit proof of the same to the Court.
