Police Dept. Report
Arrests—On Thursday, December 14, at 9:23 a.m., officers responded to the 1500 block of Lincoln for a report of a disturbance. Further investigation led to the arrest of Tyler Cash, Concordia, on charges of battery and aggravated criminal threat. Cash was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
On Friday, December 15, at 5:27 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Broadway Street. Further investigation led to the arrest of Andrew M. McElroy, Scandia, on charges of DUI and driving while suspended. McElroy was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
On Saturday, December 16, at 6:35 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Sixth Street. Further investigation led to the arrest of Ateryu Revilla, Concordia, on charges of driving under the influence. Revilla was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Theft—On Thursday, December 14, at 7:44 a.m., officers responded to the 1500 block of Lincoln Street for a report of a theft. This incident is under investigation.
On Thursday, December 14, at 3:02 p.m., officers responded to the 100 block of East College Drive for a report of a theft. This incident is under investigation.
On Friday, December 15, at 11:27 a.m., a citizen came to the police department to report a theft. This incident is under investigation.
On Sunday, December 17, at 12:13 p.m., officers responded to a report of a theft in the 1500 block of Lincoln Street. This incident is under investigation.
Criminal damage—On Tuesday, December 12, at 9:26 a.m., officers responded to the 800 block of East Fifth Street for a report of criminal damage to property. This incident is under investigation.
Burglary—On Friday, December 15, at 7:32 p.m., officers responded to a report of a burglary in the 400 block of East Second Street. This incident is under investigation.
Non-injury accidents—On Tuesday, December 12, at 8:35 a.m., officers responded to a non-injury accident in the 400 block of West 10th Street.
On Friday, December 15, at 3:39 a.m., officers responded to a non-injury accident in the 1300 block of Republican Street.
On Friday, December 15, at 7:45 a.m., officers responded to a non-injury accident in the 100 block of West Sixth Street.

At 5:28 a.m., M-4 was dispatched for a medical emergency. One patient was transported to North Central Kansas Medical Center (NCKMC).
At 8:00 a.m., M-5 was dispatched for a long-distance transfer to NCKMC.
At 19:47 p.m., M-4 was dispatched for a medical emergency. One patient was transported to NCKMC.
