Arrests – At about 2:20 p.m. Monday, officers, while conducting a traffic stop, arrested Troy Mitchell, 24, Salina, for driving while suspended. Mitchell was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At about 11:45 p.m. Monday, officers responded to a disturbance call in the 600 block of West Ninth Street and arrested Jason Carter, 42, Concordia, on charges of criminal trespass. Carter was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
