Sheriff's Dept. Report
Arrest – At about 4:35 p.m. Tuesday, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department stopped a vehicle in the 1300 section of U.S Highway 81 for a traffic violation. During the stop, two occupants were arrested. Jessie Macias, Grand Prix, Texas, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Javier Sanchez Rodriguez Jr., Fort Worth, Texas, was arrested for possession of marijuana. Both were transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At 8:25 a.m. Thursday, Medic 4 and Truck 2 responded to the 200 block of East 14th Street for a report of a person lying in a yard. Upon arrival there was no patient.
At 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Medic 4 responded to 240th Road and Highway No. 9 to meet Clyde EMS and assist with Advanced Life Support of a 50-year-old male patient. The patient was transported to Cloud County Health Center.
At 10:39 a.m. Thursday, Medic 2 responded to Cloud County Health Center for the long distance transfer of a 50-year-old male patient to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
At 1:56 p.m. Thursday, Medic 4 responded to the 100 block of East Sixth Street and transported an 82-year-old female patient to Cloud County Health Center.
