Arrests – At 8:10 p.m. May 17, officers arrested a 15-year-old juvenile in the 400 block of West 11th Street. He was charged with criminal threat and aggravated assault. After being transported to the Police Department and evaluated by Juvenile Intake, he was placed in a juvenile detention center in Junction City.
At 9:05 p.m. May 17, officers responded to the 2200 block of Campus Drive and upon investigation arrested Li Wenbo, 21, China. He was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center and charged with stalking.
At 10:35 a.m. Monday, officers arrested Audrey Meadows, 42, Concordia, on a Cloud Count warrant for felony probation violation on an original charge of distribution of a controlled substance. She was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At 11:50 a.m. Monday, officers arrested Breanna Swank, 29, Concordia, in the 500 block of East 17th Street on a Cloud County warrant for failure to comply. She was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At 12:50 p.m. Tuesday, officers arrested Seth Murphy, 37, Concordia, in the 200 block of East 18th Street on a Cloud County warrant for failure to appear. He was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At 5 p.m. Tuesday, officers conducted a traffic stop at 18th and Washington which led to the arrest of Frank Miller, 47, Concordia, for driving while suspended and having an expired tag. He was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Thefts – At 12:40 p.m. Sunday, officers investigated a theft which had occurred in the 1000 block of Lincoln Street. The investigation continues.
At 4:35 p.m. Tuesday, officers investigated a theft which had occurred in the 400 block of West 10th Street. The investigation continues.
Accident – At 4:20 p.m. Monday, officers investigated an accident in the 800 block of Washington Street involving a vehicle driven by Jerry Bunch, Concordia, and private property.
