Search warrant leads to three arrests
A drug search warrant at 4:00, this morning, in the 700 block of West 10th in Concordia resulted in the arrest of three individuals.
The North Central Kansas Star Team, comprised of officers from the Concordia Police Department, Cloud County Sheriff’s Department and the Republic County Sheriff’s Department executed the search after a drug investigation by the Concordia Police Department. Illegal drugs, firearms, paraphernalia and other items were seized.
Individuals arrested were Evan Moore, 20, who is being charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of paraphernalia; Michael Rosas, 19, who is being charged with possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and criminal possession of a firearm; and Joseph Parker, 18, who is being charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of paraphernalia, criminal possession of a firearm and possession of a prescription drug with intent to distribute.
All three suspects were booked into the Cloud County Jail.
