Meyer attends NFDA leadership conference

ORLANDO, Fla. — Joshua J. Meyer, president of Tibbetts Bros., Inc. and manager of Chaput-Buoy Funeral in Concordia and Chaput Mortuary in Clyde, recently attended the 2022 National Funeral Directors (NFDA) leadership conference.
Meyer is currently the president-elect of the Kansas Funeral Directors Association.
Those attending the NFDA conference heard from various experts on state association leadership and the challenges facing the funeral industry regarding staffing shortages across the country, along with how to adapt to the changes brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
There were multiple round-table discussions with funeral professionals from across the United States covering several topics affecting the funeral profession.
Jeff Henderson presented the keynote address during the meeting on “What You're FOR.”
