Tigers down Panthers

CLAY CENTER — The Concordia junior varsity boys' basketball team lost 66-44 to Clay Center on Tuesday.
Clay Center led the game 15-9 after one quarter of play.
The Tigers outscored Concordia 19-12 in the second period to go up 34-21 at halftime.
Clay Center added 14 points in the third quarter, to 12 for the Panthers, and led 48-33.
The Tigers tossed in 18 points in the final stanza. Concordia scored 11.
Tyler Hobrock scored 11 points for Concordia. Aceyn Cash added 10 points.
The Concordia C-team downed Clay Center 57-52.
Concordia had a 37-23 halftime lead.
Clay Center poured in 23 points in the third quarter, to10 for Concordia, to make it a 47-46 game.
The Panthers limited the Tigers to six points in the final period, and scored 10 points.
Cash led Concordia with 17 points. Alec Francis scored 14.
