Miltonvale Hustlers, monthly reports

August Report

A regular meeting for the Miltonvale Hustlers was held on August 4, 2025, at the Glasco Christian Church.

Mark called the meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call was a person’s favorite animal and was answered by 12 members, three leaders and four guests.

The minutes from the month of July were approved as corrected.

The treasurer’s report was given.

The reporter's book got a blue.

Council representatives reported that the state fair entries are coming up and that the county is considering a project auction. The leaders reported that we have to let extension know our entries for the state, do our thank-you for the fair and inform them about state judging contests.

Record books are due September 15, 2025, as well as pin applications.

An election of officers was held. The club approved to donate to the Einstein sewing workshop and to do a float for Tootlefest and Fun Day.

Mark adjourned the meeting with the 4-H Pledge.

September Report

A meeting for the Miltonvale Hustlers was held on September 1, 2025, at the Miltonvale Christian Church.

Mark called the meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call was your middle name and was answered by eight members, two leaders and 12 guests.

The minutes from the last meeting were approved as read.

The treasurer’s report was given, and bills were paid.

Articles from the last meeting were sent in. The leaders reported that perishables need to be turned in on Wednesday. Grace reported that 4-H Sunday is October 19, at the Glasco Christian Church, and to be there at 10 a.m.

The club approved to buy and donate stall supplies to the fair for 48 Hours of 4-H.

The next meeting is at the Glasco Christian Church.

Leah moved to adjourn the meeting. Mark adjourned the meeting with the 4-H Pledge.
