Armand J. Naillieux, age 93, of Concordia, passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at his home in Concordia. He was born on April 3, 1929, in Concordia, Kansas, to Joseph & Mary (Swanson) Naillieux Jr.
Armand was a 1946 graduate of Concordia High School. He married Esther Grounds on March 12, 1954, in Beatrice, Nebraska. She preceded him on March 16, 2018.
Armand was a lifetime area farmer and rancher in the Cloud County area.
Armand & Esther enjoyed dancing together at different dance venues. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, American Legion, N.F.O. & N.F.U.
He is survived by a son, Larry Naillieux (Anna), Concordia; daughters, Deborah Baltazor (Rex), Wamego & Donna Justin (Michael), Clifton; five grandchildren & three great-grandchildren; niece, Sue Spinelli (Charlie), Churchhill, Mont.
He was preceded by his wife, Esther; his parents; a brother, Alfred Naillieux and a sister, Marie Dale.
Armand’s wishes were to be cremated and Celebration of Life services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 6, 2023, at the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia, with Pastor Earl Hale officiating.
A private family Inurnment will take place at a later time in the Nelson Center Cemetery, Huscher, Kansas.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2023, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m., family greeting from 1-2 p.m., all at the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia.
