Rain will change over to snow as the storm system moves east today.

The storm system is moving a little slower than expected and light snow and blowing snow could create poor travel conditions for northeast and east central Kansas into the evening hours before exiting.

If you can, delay traveling until the storm has passed.

Be prepared for power outages due to the high winds.
