Traffic Stop
On Monday, Aug. 4, at 1:34 a.m., a deputy was involved in a traffic stop at milepost 198 on U.S. Highway 81. After an on-scene investigation, James Patrick Johnson was charged with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, improper registration on vehicle and driving on the required side of the roadway.
Arrest
On Tuesday, Aug. 6, at 8:15 p.m., a deputy took a report of aggravated domestic battery just outside of Miltonvale on 260th Road. After an on-scene investigation, Jamie Townsend of Davis, Oklahoma, was arrested for aggravated domestic battery.
On Thursday, Aug. 8, at 11:38 p.m., a deputy conducted a traffic stop near 144th Road and U.S. Highway 81. After an on-scene investigation, Michael Hall of Canby, Oregon, was arrested for driving under the influence, flee and elude, possession of a controlled substance and distribution of methamphetamine.
Animal bite
On Thursday, Aug. 8, at 8:42 a.m., a deputy took a report of an animal bite at the Concordia Hospital. The animal in question has been quarantined at home.
Theft
On Thursday, Aug. 8, at 6:18 p.m., a deputy took a report of theft in Clyde. The case is still under investigation.
Non-Injury Crash
On Friday, Aug. 9, at 3:49 p.m., a deputy took a report of a non-injury vehicle crash located in the 1300 block of 210th Road.
On Saturday, Aug. 10, at 8:16 a.m., a deputy took a report of a non-injury vehicle crash located in the 200 block of Mitchell Road.
