ST. GEORGE — Ending the regular season with a two-game road trip, the Concordia High School football team fell to district leader Rock Creek 48-0.
After a three-and-out by the Panthers to open the game, Rock Creek started their first drive at the Panther 49-yard line. On the opening play of the Mustang drive, Ayden Krier forced a fumble on a screen pass, which Parker Jackson came up with to give the Panthers the ball at their own 43-yard line. After a pass interference put the Panthers at the Mustang 43-yard line, the Panther offense stalled and was forced to punt once again. The Panther defense stood strong once again, forcing a Mustang punt on the following drive. After getting a first down on a pass to Kale Schroeder, Drake Blochlinger threw an interception, which gave the ball back to Rock Creek, who scored two plays later to go up 7-0. After another punt, the Mustangs scored in three plays to take a quick 14-0 lead.

Blochlinger found Krier once again for another 32-yard gain, but after four attempts at the end zone, the Panthers had a turnover on downs. After running the clock down and failing to pick up a first down, the Panthers forced a turnover on downs of their own and took the game into halftime down 28-0.
Concordia started the second half on defense, and after a few big plays by the Mustangs, the Panthers forced a turnover on downs. The Panthers fumbled the ball on the first play and gave it back to Rock Creek, who then scored in two plays but missed the extra point to go up 34-0. After a forced Panther punt, the Mustangs scored on the first play of the drive to go up 41-0.
After both teams punted to end the third quarter, the Mustang pressure forced the Panthers to punt once again.
