Concordia Peewee Baseball 6-19-25

The Concordia Lions fell to Clifton-Clyde, 5-0.

The Lions were limited to only three hits and two walks on the day, with Parson Link, Timothy Shepard, and Gunnar Nelson each having one hit. Shepard and Blayne Sorensen were walked.

The Concordia Knights defeated the Belleville Lions, 19-14.

The Knights came out of the gates strong, scoring four runs in the top of the first inning, and outscored the Lions in every inning except the fifth. Jaden Farha and Jack Gilliland each had four runs scored on four hits, with Gilliland having three home runs with nine RBIs.

The Concordia American Legion fell to Pike Valley 13-1.

The Concordia Chevys fell to Belleville Haarslev, 12-11.

After taking a 10-6 lead after three innings of play, with a six-run third inning, Chevys gave up six runs in the top of the fourth inning, and only scored one run in the bottom of the fourth.

Wednesday, June 11.

The Concordia Knights defeated the Chevys, 12-7.

Eight runners scored a run, with Maklen Brown, Jack Gilliland, and Mason Olsen each scoring two runs for the Knights, as the Chevys scored five runs in the fourth to make the game closer.

The Concordia Lions defeated the American Legion, 19-6.

Led by four runs scored by Blayne Sorensen, and three runs scored by Cooper Cox and Gunnar Nelson for the Lions, the Legion scored all six runs in the fourth.
