On Sunday, October 11,
At 6:59 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 200 block of West 7th Street for a welfare check.
At 3:34 p.m., officers conducted a search warrant in the 600 block of West 5th Street. This incident is still under investigation.
On Saturday, October 10,
At 10:38 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Archer for a report of a theft.
At 2:05 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of 5th Street and Broadway. Landon Deal of Concordia was arrested and charged with Terrorism, aggravated criminal threat, felony obstruction, along with his active Cloud County Warrant for failure to abide, original charge: theft. Deal was transported to Cloud County Corrections for booking and processing.
On Friday, October 9,
At 9:05 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 300 block of West 11th Street for a report of harassment via telecommunication device.
At 5:53 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 600 block of East 9th Street for a report of a theft. Upon investigation, Ricardo Hardee of Concordia was arrested for theft. Hardee was transported to Cloud County Corrections for booking and processing.
At 12:52 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 100 block of West College Drive for a report of an animal bite. This information was forwarded to Animal Control.
At 11:52 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Lincoln Street for a non-injury accident.
On Thursday, October 8,
At 4:14 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 800 block of East 7th Street for a welfare check.
At 1:56 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East 12th Street for an outside agency assist.
At 12:09 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Lincoln Street for a non-injury accident.
At 11:07 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Cedar Street for a report of criminal damage to property.

At 11:45 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Lincoln Street for a report of criminal trespass.
At 11:14 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 600 block of West 5th Street for a report of criminal threat.
At 6:54 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of East 7th Street for a report of a verbal argument.

At 5:33 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 2900 block of Blosser Drive for a welfare check.
At 2:16 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Lincoln Street for a report of a theft.
