On March 12, at 4:44 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at the 200 block of Spruce Street. Upon investigation, Travis Main, Belleville, was arrested and transported to Cloud County Corrections, where he was booked in for driving on a revoked license—repeat offender.
On March 15, at 7:09 p.m., officers made contact with a male individual, who appeared to be intoxicated, walking down 11th Street. Upon investigation, Jessie Kiser, Salina, was arrested and transported to Cloud County Corrections. Kiser was booked in for pedestrian under the influence, battery on a law enforcement officer, obstruction, and resisting arrest.
Non-injury accident
On March 10, at 7:25 a.m., officers responded to the 500 block of East 15th Street for a report of a non-injury accident.
Stolen vehicle
On March 16, at 12:41 p.m., officers responded to the 1900 block of Lincoln Street for a report of a stolen vehicle. Upon investigation, the vehicle was recovered, and charges will be forwarded to the Cloud County attorney.
Theft
On March 11, at 12:58 p.m., officers responded to the 1800 block of Lincoln Street for a report of a theft.
On March 11, at 4:14 p.m., officers received a report of theft of a package. Upon investigation, the items were brought back to the original owner.
On March 13, at 9:23 a.m., officers responded to the 800 block of Russ Street for a report of theft.
On March 14, at 11:51 a.m., officers responded to the 1500 block of East Seventh Street for a report of a theft by services. Charges will be forwarded to the city attorney.
On March 14, at 2:14 p.m., officers responded to the 2200 block of Campus Drive for a report of a theft.
Scam
On March 15, at 12:02 a.m., officers took a report of a phone scam.
Criminal trespass
On March 12, at 9:35 a.m., officers responded to the 900 block of Russ Street for a report of a criminal trespass. When officers arrived, the suspect was no longer on the property. The suspect was located and advised not to return.
