On April 21, at 11:50 p.m., officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop at the intersection of First and Archer streets. The vehicle failed to stop. In the parking lot of 89 Lincoln Street, the vehicle pulled over. Upon investigation, the driver, Derek Worm, Courtland, was arrested for felony driving under the influence (DUI), felony flee and elude, interference with LEO, resisting arrest, transporting an open container and circumvention of ignition interlock. Worm was transported and booked into Cloud County Corrections.
On April 22, at 7:18 p.m., officers made contact with Seth Conn, Concordia, in the 900 block of Elmhurst. Conn was known to have an active Cloud County warrant. Conn was transported to Cloud County Corrections. Original charge: criminal threat.
On April 24, at 12:17 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of West 11th Street. Upon investigation, the passenger was identified as Tanner Jones, who had an active warrant for his arrest. Jones was arrested and transported to Cloud County Corrections. Original charge: probation violation.
On April 24, at 8:06 a.m., officers made contact with individuals at the 2900 block of Blosser Drive. One of the individuals was identified as Brianna Kever, who was known to have an active warrant out of Mitchell County. Kever was arrested and transported to Cloud County Corrections for her Mitchell County warrant for probation violation.
On April 26, at 6:16 p.m., officers investigated a suspicious vehicle that was parked in the 1300 block of Spruce Street. Upon investigation, Kyle Kadlecek, Concordia, was arrested and transported to Cloud County Corrections for a DUI.
Charges
On April 26, at 10:24 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Campus Drive for an individual under the influence. Upon investigation, charges for minor in consumption (MIC) were forwarded to the Cloud County attorney.

On April 24, at 10:00 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Fifth and Cedar streets. Upon investigation, Jennifer Waechter, Concordia, was cited for driving while suspended.

On April 27, at 9:52 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 400 block of West 14th Street for reports of violation of a protection order. Investigation continues.

On April 22, at 8:45 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Cedar Street for a report of stolen or lost license plates.
