Concordia Police Report

Arrest

  • On May 3, at 2:38 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at the 2100 block of Lincoln Street. Upon investigation, the driver, Ryan Senner, was arrested and transported to Cloud County Corrections for driving while suspended.

Cited

  • On May 1, at 3:08 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of 16th and Lincoln streets for a report of reckless driving. Upon investigation, the driver (juvenile) was cited and released for reckless driving.
  • On April 29, at 12:35 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at the 200 block of East Sixth Street. Upon investigation, the driver, Christian Seifert, was cited for driving while suspended. Seifert was released from the scene.

Criminal threat

  • On April 30, at 9:21 p.m., officers responded to the 800 block of Russ Street for a report of criminal threat. Upon investigation, it was determined that the reporting party was attempting to falsify a police report. Charges for unlawful acts concerning a computer, falsifying a police report and interference with law enforcement have been forwarded to the Cloud County Attorney.

Domestic

  • On April 30, at 9:31 p.m., officers responded to the police department and took a report of domestic battery. Charges for criminal restraint have been forwarded to the Cloud County Attorney.

Welfare check

  • On April 28, at 10:57 p.m., officers responded to the 400 block of East Ninth Street for a welfare check.
  • On April 30, at 2:49 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 400 block of West 17th Street for a welfare check.

Noise complaint

  • On May 1, at 2:46 a.m., officers responded to the intersection of Olive and 11th streets for a noise complaint.

Theft

  • On May 4, at 11:02 a.m., officers responded to the police department for a report of theft. Investigations continue.

Civil standby

  • On April 29, at 6:17 p.m., officers responded to the 800 block of Russ Street for a report of a civil standby.
  • On April 29, at 6:42 p.m., officers reported to the 300 block of East 10th Street for a civil standby.
  • On May 3, at 6:27 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of West Fifth Street for a civil standby.

Civil dispute

  • On April 29, at 8:30 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of East Eighth Street for a report of a civil dispute.

Verbal argument

  • On April 29, officers responded to the 800 block of Church Street for a report of a verbal argument. Upon investigation, it was determined that it was a verbal argument.

Harassment

  • On April 29, at 10:35 p.m., officers responded to the 1700 block of Broadway for a report of harassment via telecommunication device.

Non-injury accidents

  • On April 30, at 1:29 p.m., officers responded to the 400 block of West 10th Street for a non-injury accident.
  • On May 2, at 9:27 a.m., officers responded to the police department for a report of a non-injury accident.
  • On May 2, at 11:56 a.m., officers responded to the 1300 block of Lincoln Street for a non-injury accident.
  • On May 3, at 12:22 p.m., officers responded to the 400 block of West 10th Street for a non-injury accident.
  • On May 4, at 9:22 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of Fifth and Washington streets for a report of a non-injury accident.
