On June 2, at 4:44 p.m., officers arrested Justin Banks, Concordia, in the 200 block of East Fifth on three Cloud County warrants. Banks was transported to Cloud County Corrections without incident.
On June 3, at 11:51 a.m., at 401 West Sixth Street, officers arrested Quenton Foulke on a Cloud County warrant. Foulke was transported to Cloud County Corrections without incident.
Search Warrants
On June 4, at 2:38 p.m., officers with the Concordia Police Department, Animal Control and Concordia Fire EMS conducted a search warrant in the 200 block of East 12th Street. Charges of animal cruelty have been forwarded to the Cloud County attorney’s office.
Suspicious Persons or Activity
On June 2, at 11:34 p.m., officers responded to the 1100 block of Cedar Street for a report of a suspicious person. Officers contacted one male individual. Everyone was okay.
On June 4, at 10:34 a.m., officers responded to the 1500 block of State Street for a report of a suspicious person. Officers located the individual and everything was okay.
On June 6, at 5:29 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of Washington Street for a report of suspicious activity. No report needed.
On June 8, at 9:46 p.m., officers responded to the 200 block of East Eighth Street for a report of a suspicious person. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate anyone.
Abandoned Vehicle
On June 7, at 6:39 a.m., officers responded to the 1600 block of Lincoln Street for a report of an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle was removed by the owner.
Injury Accident
On June 5, at 5:03 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of Eighth and Archer streets for a report of a two-vehicle accident with injuries.
Non-injury Accident
On June 2, at 11:39 a.m., officers responded to 140 East College Drive for a report of a non-injury accident.
On June 4, at 5:47 a.m., officers responded to the 400 block of East Ninth Street for a non-injury accident.
Vacate Order
On June 5, at 1:10 p.m., officers responded to Seventh and Archer streets to serve a 24-hour vacate order. Trina Mcdonner, Concordia, was given notice to vacate.
Traffic Hazards
On June 4, at 8:08 a.m., officers responded to the intersection of Sixth and Lincoln streets for a report of a traffic hazard. Officers were able to remove the debris from the intersection.
On June 5, at 6:23 p.m., officers responded to the 200 block of Valley for a reported traffic hazard. Officers were able to clear the road of any debris.
Theft
On June 5, at 7:18 p.m., officers responded to the 400 block of West 10th Street for a report of a theft. Charges will be forwarded to the Cloud County attorney.
On June 5, at 11:25 p.m., officers responded to the 200 block of East Eighth Street for a report of theft. Investigation is ongoing.
Criminal Threat
On June 5, at 3:30 p.m., officers spoke with an individual at the police department. A report of criminal threat was taken; charges will be forwarded to the Cloud County attorney.
On June 5, at 11:05 p.m., officers responded to the 200 block of East Eighth Street for a report of criminal threat. Charges will be forwarded to the Cloud County attorney.
Parking Complaint
On June 3, at 6:02 p.m., officers responded to the 400 block of West 17th Street for a parking complaint. Officers determined the vehicle was legally parked.
On June 6, at 6:29 p.m., officers responded to the 200 block of West 11th Street for a parking complaint. The vehicle was moved by the owner.
Loud Music
On June 6, at 10:04 p.m., officers responded to the 800 block of East Fifth Street for a report of loud music. Officers contacted the residents and advised them to turn down the music.
Civil Dispute
On June 7, at 3:24 p.m., officers spoke with an individual at the police department regarding a civil dispute. No report needed.
Property Damage
On June 5, at 3:48 p.m., officers responded to the 800 block of Washington Street for a report of criminal damage to property. The reporting party left prior to officers’ arrival.
Civil Issue
On June 2, at 7:54 p.m., officers spoke with a female subject at the Concordia Police Department regarding a civil issue.
Criminal Trespass
On June 2, at 3:41 p.m., officers responded to the 700 block of East 11th Street for a report of a criminal trespass. After an investigation, it was determined that all parties were given permission to be at the property.
Car Alarm
On June 3, at 1:39 a.m., officers responded to the 1300 block of Lincoln for a report of a car alarm going off. Officers checked the area and did not locate any car alarms going off.
Welfare Check
On June 4, at 6:14 p.m., officers responded to Seventh and Olive for a welfare check. Officers contacted the individual, and everything was okay.
On June 5, at 4:09 p.m., officers responded to the 1300 block of Spruce Street to conduct a welfare check. Officers located the person in question, and everything was okay.
