On June 17, at 4:29 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1900 block of Lincoln Street. Rose Kepperling, San Juan, Texas, was arrested for driving while suspended. Kepperling was transported to Cloud County Corrections without incident.
Cited
On June 20, at 11:33 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Sixth Street. The officer noticed that the passenger, Joseph Alfrey, Nebraska, had an open container next to him. The open container was seized, and Alfrey was cited for transporting an open container.
Charges
On June 21, at 2:57 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on the viaduct for speed. During the investigation, the officer located drug paraphernalia and marijuana inside the car. Charges will be forwarded to the Cloud County Attorney’s office.
Harassment
On June 22, at 3:28 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of East 17th Street for a report of harassment. Investigation is ongoing.
Scam
On June 17, at 9:45 p.m., an officer spoke with an individual at the police department regarding a possible scam. Investigation is ongoing.
On June 21, at 10:21 p.m., officers responded to the 300 block of East First Street for a report of a scam. No report is needed at this time.
Missing Person
On June 16, at 7:44 p.m., officers spoke with individuals at the police department regarding a missing person. After an investigation, the person who was reported missing was located in Cloud County. No report was needed.
Criminal Trespass
On June 16, at 1:27 a.m., officers responded to the 300 block of East First Street for a report of criminal trespass. Officers contacted one male individual who was given a trespass warning.
On June 17, at 7:18 a.m., officers responded to Airport Park for a report of criminal trespass. Officer located the person in question who agreed to leave the property. No report needed.
On June 17, at 1:44 p.m., officers responded to the 700 block of East Eighth Street for a report of criminal trespass. Officers located one individual on the property who had permission to be there. No report needed.
On June 18, at 8:32 p.m., officers responded to the 200 block of East Fifth Street for a report of criminal trespass. Officers were unable to locate anyone on or around the property.
On June 20, at 12:59 p.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of Lincoln Street for a report of criminal trespass. Officers contacted Candice Fry, Concordia, who was trespassed from McDonald’s.

On June 18, at 10:18 a.m., officers responded to the 200 block of West Sixth Street for a report of criminal damage to property. Investigation is ongoing.
On June 19, at 1:19 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of East 10th Street for a report of criminal damage to property. Investigation is ongoing.
Welfare Check
On June 17, at 9:32 p.m., officers responded to the 200 block of East Sixth Street for a welfare check. Officers contacted one individual and everything was okay.
