Quenton Foulke has been arrested and charged with four counts of Attempted Voluntary Manslaughter, four counts of Criminal Threat, one count of Domestic Battery, one count of Criminal Damage to Property, driving without proof of insurance, and driving with illegal registration.
According to a press release from the Concordia Police Department (CPD), on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at approximately 12:27 am, officers with the CPD noticed a 2008 Chevy Suburban with damage to the front end run a red light at 11th Street and Lincoln. Officers attempted a traffic stop, but the driver failed to stop and a pursuit ensued. Dispatch also notified officers that a 911 call had been made by individuals at a residence in the 700 block of East 11th Street. The individuals stated that their house had been hit by a car.
Officers finally stopped the vehicle and identified the individual as Quenton Foulke of Concordia.
At the residence on 11th Street, officers noticed extensive damage to the front of the house. Concordia Fire Department was also dispatched to the scene to aid two individuals at the residence. One of those individuals was transported to the North Central Kansas Medical Center.
After an investigation, law enforcement determined that Foulke had driven his Chevy Suburban into the residence.
Charges were filed against Foulke, and he was arrested late in the afternoon on Tuesday, June 3.
