Subway defeated Auburn 17-13.
Subway started strong with six runs scored in the top of the first, with Auburn unable to score. Auburn tied the game in the second with six runs scored in the bottom of the inning. Subway scored two runs to Auburn’s one run in the third, and scored three runs in the fourth to Auburn’s two to enter the fifth with an 11-9 lead. Subway scored all six runs to start the fifth, with Auburn scoring four runs.
Liv and Cora led the way for Subway with three runs scored each, with Allie leading for Auburn with three runs scored.
American Legion defeated Co-Op 15-3.
The Legion took the lead early, scoring four runs as the Co-Op brought in one run in the first. The Legion scored five more runs in the second to take a 9-1 lead. The Co-Op scored one run in the third and fourth innings, and four runs in the fifth. The Legion scored its final two runs in the fourth inning.
Brooklyn, Preslee, Kendra, and Ruby each had two runs scored for the Legion, with Brenley and Bridget each scoring two runs for the Co-Op.
