Girard wins Centralia Invite

CENTRALIA — Running alongside Centralia Lake for the Centralia Invitational, the Clifton-Clyde Eagles saw another individual first-place finish.

In the boys’ race, Cohen Girard finished in first place with a time of 17:06.73. Isiah Jackson was 37th with a score of 21:37. Remy Girard was 39th with a time of 21:37.92. Broden Kolman was 52nd with a time of 24:04.5. Chase Thrasher was 55th with a time of 24:21.32. Logan Payeur was 62nd with a score of 26:56.68. Trace Harvey was 65th with a time of 28:10.31. The boys’ team was seventh with a score of 118; Centralia won with 54 points and two top-five finishes.

In the girls’ race, Lillie Crose was the sole Eagle in the race and finished in 34th place with a time of 30:10.51. Raelynn Blanton of Horton was first with a time of 21:46.66. Centralia won with 28 points and three top 15 finishes.
