J. Douglas Toll, 78, died April 20, 2023, in Washington County, Kan. He was born August 16, 1944, to Roy & Evelyn Anderson in Rockford, Ill. Doug grew up in the Clifton community and farmed with his father. Doug married Maureen Grant on April 11, 1969.
