LeEnora L. Heina

LeEnora L. Heina, born May 26, 1921, the daughter of Louis and Anna (Kalivoda) Klaumann, passed away November 9, 2020, at the age of 99. LeEnora grew up on the farm, and graduated from Cuba High School, class of 1938. On August 12, 1940, LeEnora married Charles V. Heina, and they made their home in Cuba. LeEnora worked as a nurse’s aide, a homemaker, and was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church & Altar Society, the Republic County Czech Club, and was Kolache Queen for multiple years.
LeEnora is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charles, grandson Nicholas Kieffer, her brother, Wesley Klaumann and his wife Clara.
Survivors include her son, Father Steven Heina of Clyde, daughter Louise Kieffer (Michael) of Jacksonville, Arkansas, granddaughter, Kimberly Kay (Jesse), and their children, Caroline and Lydia, of Rogers, Arkansas.
Public viewing will be Sunday, Nov. 15, 1-5 p.m., at Tibbetts-Fischer Funeral Home in Belleville.
Private, family only, Rosary and Mass of Christian Burial Services will be conducted.
A public cemetery service will be held at St. Isidore Catholic Cemetery in Cuba, Monday, Nov. 16, at 11:30 a.m. Persons attending the cemetery services are asked to park in the church yard, and to remain in or stand next to their cars. The services will be broadcast over a public address system.
A public memorial Mass will be held at St. John Church in Clyde on Monday, Nov. 23 at 2 p.m.
The Heina family requests that those attending the public services to wear masks and to practice social distancing at all times. Additional service details may be found on the funeral home website and Facebook page.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the St. Isidore Catholic Church or the Cuba Booster Club, and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
