LINDSBORG — Traveling south to take part in the Smoky Valley Invitational at Lindsborg, the Concordia High School track team took sixth place (girls) and seventh place (boys) in the 12-team meet.
In the boys’ 100m, Matthew Naillieux was ninth with a time of 11.71. Cade Liggett of Pratt was first with a time of 10.98.
In the girls’ 100m, Lillian Nuss was fifth with a time of 13.19, and Avery Kueker was seventh with a time of 13.25. Marley Bittel of Hoisington was first with a time of 12.37.
In the boys’ 200m, Javen Garcia was second with a time of 22.72, and Liggett (Pratt) was first with a time of 22.44.
In the girls’ 200m, Lillian Nuss was sixth with a time of 27.98. Bittel (Hoisington) was first with a time of 26.08.
In the girls’ 400m, Rylie Jessup was third with a time of 1:05.64, and Emry Myers of Pratt was first with a time of 1:03.05.
In the girls’ 800m, Hannah Bridwell was second with a time of 2:31.25, and Rylie Jessup was seventh with a time of 2:45.73. Piper Brown of Southeast of Saline was first with a time of 2:29.41.
In the boys’ high jump, Zack Stovall was eighth with a height of 5’2”, Isaac Hammersmith of Hutch-Trinity was first with a height of 6”4”.
In the girls’ high jump, Avery Kueker was third with a height of 5’, and Gabi Lange was eighth with a height of 4’8”. Elliane Smith of Southeast of Saline was first with a height of 5’6”.
In the boys’ long jump, Javen Garcia was second with a jump of 20’4”, Matthew Naillieux was fifth with a jump of 19’9.5”, and Zackarie Stovall was eighth with a jump of 18’2. Malachi Hopkins of Southeast of Saline was first with a jump of 21’3.5”.
In the girls’ long jump, Avery Kueker was third with a jump of 16’3”, Marlee VanMeter was fourth with a jump of 15’9.5”, and Rubi Trost was seventh with a jump of 14’6.5”. Myers (Pratt) was first with a jump of 16’8”.
In the boys’ triple jump, Reese Franklin was third with a jump of 41’10.75”, and Derrick Jumper was fourth with a jump of 39’8.5”. Hammersmith (Trinity) was first with a jump of 43’5.25’.
In the girls’ triple jump, Rubi Trost was sixth with a jump of 30’9”, and Brexlynn Koch was seventh with a jump of 27’10.5”. Brylie Ricketts of Smoky Valley was first with a jump of 36’1”.
In the boys’ pole vault, Burke Kindel was sixth with a height of 11’9”, Taylen Morales of Hoisington was first with a height of 13’3”.

In the boys’ shot put, Brody Knox was eighth with a throw of 40’4”, and Layton Hoffman of Hoisington was first with a throw of 48’10”.

In the girls’ 4x100m relay, the team of Madalyn Bowers, Lillian Nuss, Marlee VanMeter, and Avery Kueker was fifth with a time of 52.68. Scott Community was first with a time of 51.26.
In the boys’ 4x400m relay, the team of Matthew Naillieux, Reese Franklin, Derrick Jumper, and Javen Garcia was fourth with a time of 3:48.77. Hutchinson-Trinity was first with a time of 3:32.31.
In the girls’ 4x400m relay, the team of Marlee VanMeter, Hannah Bridwell, Rylie Jessup, and Lillian Nuss was second with a time of 4:23.98. Smoky Valley was first with a time of 4:18.88.
In the boys’ 4x800m relay, the team of Gunner Barnes, Alex Gallardo, Daniel Reedy, and Brody Marsh was eighth with a time of 10:12.57. Scott Community was first with a time of 8:29.84.
