Patricia Givens, 63, died April 5, 2021, at Park Villa Nursing Home in Clyde, Kansas. She was born January 16, 1958, at Honolulu, Hawaii, to Jack and Maryann (Johnson) Shaffer.
Survivors: husband Elvis Givens; brother John Shaffer; sisters, Dorothy McCollum, Marjorie Shaffer; children, Robert Jack Givens, Tanya Sharron Martin, David Ken Givens & 14 grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation: Tuesday, April 6, 2-5 p.m. at Nutter Mortuary.
Funeral Services: Wednesday, April 7, 10:30 a.m. at Nutter Mortuary.
Burial following at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Concordia, Kansas.
