Robert A. Duggan, 92, died Sun., January 30, 2022. He was born April 2, 1929, in Chicago, Ill., to Raymond & Ruth Duggan, was a U.S. Marines veteran & worked as a news anchor.
He married Charleen Shriver on Oct. 11, 1953, in Concordia, Kan.
