Sara Summer Swanson-Smith, age 30, formally of Concordia, Kansas, passed away October 24, 2020.
Sara was born July 24, 1990, to Robert Swanson and Jessica Graham. Sara lived the majority of her life in Concordia, Kan. She graduated from Cloud County Alternative School in 2009. She worked as a CNA and later worked at O'Reily's.
Sara and her husband Dustin Smith moved to Fort Smith, Ark. A daughter, Shevelle Sager-Smith, was born in this union in October 2017.
Survivors include husband, Dustin; daughter, Shevelle; parents, Robert Swanson and Jessica Graham; brothers, Colsen and Caigen Swanson; sister, Cambrie Swanson; grandmothers, Berneda Swanson, Elaine Cyre, Clyde; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by grandfathers, Richard Swanson, Concordia, and Wayne Cyre, Clyde.
Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, July 24, 2021, at Fairview Cemetery, Hwy 28, with Randy Whitley officiating. Please join family and friends in celebrating Sara's life.
