William “Billy” Joseph Frybarger, age 58, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at his home in Concordia, KS. He was born on September 10, 1967, in Concordia, KS, to William and Betty (Slater) Frybarger.
Billy attended Concordia schools. He married June White on July 6, 2012, in Concordia. She preceded him on January 19, 2017. Billy worked for Hale Trash Service until health issues forced him to retire.
Billy is survived by his brothers Robert Frybarger (Juanita), Norfolk, VA, and Donald Frybarger (Lyndal), Belleville, KS; brother-in-law Raymond Mendenhall, Concordia, KS; nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife June, his parents, and sisters Betty Myers, Claudia Frybarger and Bersita Mendenhall.
Cremation was selected, and memorial graveside services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 8, 2026, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, with Pastor Earl Hale officiating.
