USD 333 Hires New Administration

USD 333 announced the appointment of a new administrative team at Concordia Junior/Senior High School, including a Principal, Assistant Principal, and Athletic Director.
USD 333 Superintendent Tom DeBauche stated that the team brings a shared commitment to student success, strong relationships, and a continued focus on academic and extracurricular excellence.
Andrea Rairden has been named Principal of CJSHS. A graduate of Kansas State University, she brings 22 years of experience in education, including 13 years as an ELA teacher at Quivira Heights, Solomon. and Lincoln, as well as 8 years in the Salina school district. Rairden spent the last year serving as the assistant principal at CJSHS. She is known for her experience in handling discipline, attendance, and her advocacy for Career and Technology Education.
Rairden’s goal for next year is to continue the great work that the staff is already doing, including focusing on attendance and chronic absenteeism.
Skyler Hittle has been appointed Assistant Principal at CJSHS. He previously served as the school's Athletic Director and was also a teacher and coach at CJSHS.
Hittle is a graduate of Fort Hays State University and brings experience in student discipline and relationship building. He is passionate about building meaningful connections with students and staff while supporting a safe and engaging school culture. Hittle’s goal for next year is to continue to provide students with meaningful opportunities that build the skills, confidence, and experiences they need to be successful beyond the classroom.
USD 333 has hired Tom Flax as Athletic Director. With a background in coaching football, basketball, track, teaching PE, and previously serving as an athletic director, he will oversee the district’s athletic and activity programs, promote sportsmanship, and ensure student-athletes have a positive and competitive experience.
Flax is a graduate of Kansas Wesleyan University. His goal for next year is to continue to build upon the success of the extracurricular programs.
“We are excited to welcome this talented group of leaders to Concordia Junior/Senior High School," said DeBauche. "Each brings a unique skill set and a strong commitment to students. Together, they will build on the great work already happening in our schools and help move the district forward.”
The new administrative team will begin their roles on August 1, 2026.
